Gandalf Documentation

This directory turns the two source planning documents into smaller working documents for Gandalf development.

Source reference documents:

Start here:

The goal is to keep each file small enough to guide one development pass. When a decision changes, update the focused document and leave the larger source documents as historical context unless the high-level direction changes.
